Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs tahini
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 tsp EVOO
  • 2 Tbs chopped jalapeno (as optional garnish)
  • Dash of cayenne (as optional garnish)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
