Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs tahini
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can black beans
- 2 tsp EVOO
- 2 Tbs chopped jalapeno (as optional garnish)
- Dash of cayenne (as optional garnish)
Preparation
- Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
