Chocolate Banana Berry Smoothie

My go-to smoothie is:

  • 1 scoop Vega powder (or other vegan protein powder) of whatever flavor you prefer, but I use the chocolate
  • 1 cup frozen berries, I prefer strawberries for this
  • 2 fresh or frozen bananas
  • 2 cups liquid, use almond or coconut milk to make it creamier

Optional add-ons:

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds and/or flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp of a nut butter
  • 1 cup fresh greens
