My go-to smoothie is:
- 1 scoop Vega powder (or other vegan protein powder) of whatever flavor you prefer, but I use the chocolate
- 1 cup frozen berries, I prefer strawberries for this
- 2 fresh or frozen bananas
- 2 cups liquid, use almond or coconut milk to make it creamier
Optional add-ons:
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds and/or flaxseed
- 1 tbsp of a nut butter
- 1 cup fresh greens
